Our talented executive chef and culinary team are known for their fresh, innovative approach to food, prepared in our own state-of-the-art kitchen. Think of it as having one of Seattle’s finest restaurants devoted exclusively to the tastes of your guests, morning, noon and night.

Our chefs create unique, regional dishes, made with locally-sourced produce, seafood, and meats in our scratch kitchen. Even the flour used in our in-house bakery comes from no-till farms in Eastern Washington. SCC is committed to the underlying ethical standards that match Seattle’s social conscience. What they do in our kitchen for events cannot be duplicated by other convention centers and what we do can only happen in Washington.
